Join us for an unforgettable Champals’ getaway to Palm Springs this January 2025! Secure your spot and get ready to enjoy a luxurious weekend filled with sunshine, champagne, and quality time with your best friends. The total trip cost is $1,200 for a double room and $1,500 for a solo room. Don’t miss this chance to relax, recharge, and create lasting memories with your Champals! Inclusions (all inclusions subject to change and will be provided prior to departure):
· The trip's total cost does not include all food, beverages, activities, and transfers.
· Meals: Breakfast and two prix fixe dinners are included. The Drag Brunch is included. Lunch and other snacks not provided.
· Drinks: All alcoholic beverages like beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits are available for purchase.
· Other amenities: Activities and entertainment not included.
· Transfers: Transportation to the from the airport is not included. Transportation to and from activities will be provided.
· Champals Swag: You will receive lots of Champals swag and a champagne toast!
Payment Terms and Conditions
1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot for the trip. This deposit must be paid upon registration and will be applied toward the total trip cost.
2. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of $700 must be paid in full by Friday, December 20, 2024. Failure to submit payment by this date may result in the forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.
3. Cancellation Policy: The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made after December 20, 2024 will result in a forfeiture of all payments made.
4. Payment Method: All payments can be made via Champals website (https://www.champals.com/shop).
5. Trip Details: Further trip details, including confirmed itinerary and accommodations, will be provided once the deposit is received.
6. Agreement: By submitting your deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.
